We confirm the work included, material responsibilities, colors or finish selections, scheduling, access, and the order of operations. This is also when we identify decisions that must be made before the start date.
Build
The work area is prepared for the specific service, whether that means surface repairs before painting, subfloor preparation before flooring, or protection around drywall and finish work. We keep communication clear as the project moves forward.
Final Walkthrough
We review the completed scope with you, confirm agreed details, and discuss normal care or curing considerations for the installed material or coating. Any remaining scope questions are addressed before project closeout.
What Helps Us Prepare an Accurate Estimate
A helpful first message includes the project address, several wide and close-up photos, the service you are considering, and your preferred timing. For painting, note which walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, or exterior surfaces are included. For flooring, identify the existing covering, approximate room size, new material, transitions, baseboards, and any known uneven areas. Drywall requests benefit from photos that show both the damaged area and the surrounding wall or ceiling texture.
An on-site review is still important because photos do not always show substrate condition, moisture concerns, access limitations, or the full amount of preparation.
